POET Head Start Scholarships

This application is open to students attending (or graduated in the last two years) schools in the Waikato in which Perry Outdoor Education Trust (POET) is operating. There are two parts to the application: Personal Information & Scholarship Submission.

Scholarship Submission

This scholarship will be offered on the basis of academic merit. The panel will also take in to consideration evidence of leadership potential, ability to work in a team, sporting involvement and achievements and community service.

I understand that the Brian Perry Charitable Trust may terminate a scholarship at any time, and recoup the funds awarded, if it is not satisfied that I have complied with the conditions governing the scholarship

By accepting this scholarship, I agree to participate in any publicity concerning this scholarship
